New Book Alert: Made Whole (Plus a Giveaway!)

I love books and have an ever-growing collection of everything from self-help and spiritual titles to fitness and cookbooks in my office library. I also enjoy fiction novels in the sci-fi, adventure, YA, and horror genres, but I consume those via Audible.

When my friend Cristina Curp (of The Castaway Kitchen) announced she had received a book deal with Victory Belt I was thrilled! Not only is she one of the most talented and deserving people of this opportunity, but I also knew that her cookbook would be gorgeous and become a new kitchen staple of mine!

I pre-ordered a copy of Made Whole as soon as it was available on Amazon. Yes, I knew I'd get an early review copy direct from Victory Belt, but friends support friends. Always.

Naturally, I got my review copy early—and HOLY. COW. This book does not disappoint. It's a thick cookbook (Cristina is a self-proclaimed talker) and it's full of well-explained paleo and keto information, her incredible story, 145 stellar looking recipes, and not to mention meal plan options and shopping lists.

Here are just some of the recipes I've got bookmarked to try:

The great thing is, now that's I'm tracking my macros, it will be super simple to plug my info into MyFitnessPal because Cristina did all the hard work of calculating macros for us!
